This unit exists for a specific failure: the building has lost its domestic hot water while the heating still works, or the hot water plant is being replaced on its own programme. Hiring a full boiler to cover that is over-specifying the problem.
It suits large commercial buildings, leisure centres and changing facilities, care homes, student accommodation, hotels and any site where a morning peak of showers matters more than the total volume across a day.

Hot water without the heating
Where a calorifier or a hot water plant has failed but the heating circuit is fine, this replaces only what is broken, which is a good deal cheaper than hiring a boiler to do both.
Continuous flow with storage
Several continuous flow heaters working into a storage cylinder, which handles a morning peak rather than only a steady draw.
Sized on demand, not floor area
Hot water is about fixtures and peak simultaneous use. A small building with thirty showers needs more than a large one with four basins.

It arrives on its own trailer and can be positioned by hand where a container could not go.

No, and that is deliberate. It is configured for domestic hot water only. If you need both, one of the boilers in the range will do both from a single connection, and we will tell you which.
On demand rather than on floor area. What matters is the number of fixtures and how many are likely to be running at once at the peak. Tell us the building and the busiest hour and we will size against it.
Most are connected and producing hot water within a few hours of arriving, because the unit is a complete package and the connection is into the existing hot water service rather than the heating circuit.
Every unit is hired with the boiler, burner and a standard pump as a minimum. Hoses, bunded fuel tanks, booster pumps, plate heat exchangers, headers, manifolds and pipework adapters are added to suit the connection and quoted with the unit.
Our own engineers, not subcontractors. They deliver, connect, fill, vent and commission the unit, then disconnect, drain and collect it when your permanent plant is back in service.
