The 200kW sits between the compact 90kW and the containerised 250kW, and it is usually specified for one of two reasons: the building needs more than 90kW, or the site has no gas supply and the answer has to be oil.
It covers mid-size commercial premises, schools, care homes and industrial units, and it is a common choice for rural sites where a gas connection is not an option.

Twin boiler arrangement
Two boilers working together to reach 200kW, which means the unit can run at part load efficiently rather than cycling a single large burner.
A complete plant package
Pressurisation unit, expansion vessel, oil lift pump and main circulation pump are all mounted in the trailer. There is no separate kit to hire or site.
Single phase supply
A 16 amp single phase supply runs it. No three phase connection is needed, which matters on sites where power is already stretched.
Built for delivery
Trailer mounted and designed around getting onto site quickly. Units up to 200kW can be HIAB delivered where towing is not practical.
Oil fired
The right answer where there is no gas supply at all, which covers a good deal of rural and industrial work. Bunded tanks are hired alongside.
Test fired before it leaves
Every unit is fired and checked in our yard before delivery, so commissioning on site is a connection rather than a diagnosis.

No. It runs from a single phase 16 amp supply, which is one of the reasons it is specified so often: sites that could not power a larger unit without a temporary supply can usually run this one from what is already there.
It arrives as a complete package: the twin boilers, the pressurisation unit and expansion vessel, an oil lift pump and the main circulation pump, all mounted in the trailer. Hoses, fittings and a bunded fuel tank are added to suit the site.
Yes. Units up to 200kW can be HIAB delivered and lifted into position, which covers most sites where a vehicle cannot reverse a trailer to the plant room.
No, this unit is oil fired. If your site has a gas supply the 250kW gas condensing unit is usually the better choice. Tell us what is available and we will specify against it.
Every unit is hired with the boiler, burner and a standard pump as a minimum. Hoses, bunded fuel tanks, booster pumps, plate heat exchangers, headers, manifolds and pipework adapters are added to suit the connection and quoted with the unit.
Our own engineers, not subcontractors. They deliver, connect, fill, vent and commission the unit, then disconnect, drain and collect it when your permanent plant is back in service.
